What makes Lyptus a green choice for my cabinetry?
Lyptus is grown in South America on highly productive plantations interspersed with indigenous trees to preserve and sustain native ecosystems. It has a short renewal cycle and can be harvested in just 14-16 years compared to 50-70 years for North American hardwoods. Lyptus is desired because of its workability, ease of machining, and its overall strength.

Lyptus is available from Crystal in solid and veneer material.
Finishes available are: Salem, Nutmeg, Umber, Cherry Hill, Brandy, Molasses, Blackstone, Raisin and Sepia. Physical elements— cracking, distressing, wearing, worm holing, spatting—and Highlights—Port and Black— are also available on Lyptus solid material.

Lyptus can range in color from red to brown. Lighter finishes will show a wider range of natural characteristics while darker finishes tend to evenly enhance Lyptus’ distinctive character.

By choosing Lyptus, you’ll feel good knowing you are getting a premium-quality, beautiful hardwood with added environmental benefits.
